Hannah's Bacon Ranch Quesadillas

🛒What You’ll Need🛒
8oz shredded chicken (cooked)
1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
3-4 slices of bacon (cooked & cut into small pieces)
Cilantro (finely chopped)
Green Onions (diced)
Mexican Cheese
2 Tortillas
Sour cream (optional)
Salsa (optional)
🍴How to Make it🍴
Get out a skillet or frying pan & warm up on “low” heat
Take your cooked shredded chicken & shake up with ranch seasoning
Spray an oil of your choice into the pan
Add one tortilla onto the hot pan
On the tortilla layer: cheese, seasoned chicken, bacon, cilantro, and green onions
When cheese is melted add another tortilla on top & flip quesadilla with a large spatula (there should be light to medium brown “bubbles” on the tortillas when it’s cooked, each side)
Serve with some more cilantro garnish on top & a side of sour cream or salsa

Add/omit anything you want to make it yours! This is just how my family likes it :)
