Hannah's Chicken Salad

🛒What You’ll Need🛒
2 cans chicken (8oz each)
3/4 cup mayonnaise (I use Dukes)
2 tbs Dijon mustard
1tsp ranch dressing seasoning
1 Fuji apple (cut into small pieces)
1/2 stock celery (cut into small pieces)
1/4 cup chopped pecan pieces
Salt & pepper (to taste)
🍴How to Make it🍴
Drain chicken, then chop apple and celery
Then combine all ingredients in a large bowl
Mix well & top with pepper
Let sit for 30 mins (for the flavors to mix) in the fridge in an air tight container
Serve on your favorite bread

keeps for 5-7 days in the fridge
You could also add other ingredients like halved red grapes, or omit ingredients if you want- make it your own! I also add Romain lettuce on my chicken salad sandwiches. Gives it a crunch!
Serve on your favorite bread, I like honey wheat. Toasting your bread, which also gives it some crunch and texture!
