Hannah's Chicken Salad

🛒What You’ll Need🛒

  • 2 cans chicken (8oz each)

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise (I use Dukes)

  • 2 tbs Dijon mustard

  • 1tsp ranch dressing seasoning

  • 1 Fuji apple (cut into small pieces)

  • 1/2 stock celery (cut into small pieces)

  • 1/4 cup chopped pecan pieces

  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

🍴How to Make it🍴

  • Drain chicken, then chop apple and celery

  • Then combine all ingredients in a large bowl

  • Mix well & top with pepper

  • Let sit for 30 mins (for the flavors to mix) in the fridge in an air tight container

  • Serve on your favorite bread

📝 Notes📝

  • keeps for 5-7 days in the fridge

  • You could also add other ingredients like halved red grapes, or omit ingredients if you want- make it your own! I also add Romain lettuce on my chicken salad sandwiches. Gives it a crunch!

  • Serve on your favorite bread, I like honey wheat. Toasting your bread, which also gives it some crunch and texture!
