Hannah's Greek Chicken Sandwhiches

Refreshing, healthy, and easy to make- these pita sandwiches are a perfect summer lunch that everyone will enjoy!
🛒What You’ll Need🛒
2lb Chicken breast
Greek seasoning
Olive oil
1 container Feta cheese
2 Cucumbers
2 Red bell peppers (or tomato, or both)
1 Red onion
Greek salad dressing
Baby spinach
Pita bread
Classic hummus
🍴How to Make it🍴
Dice chicken breast into bite sized pieces. I’m a bowl add olive oil, until all pieces are coated. Then add Greek seasoning, also coating all pieces. Then cook in a pan on the stove top until browned.
Dice all vegetables then add to a large bowl.
Add feta cheese then add Greek dressing (enough to coat pieces).
Cut your pita bread, then coat inside with hummus. Then add spinach, veggie mix and chicken.
Serve immediately.

Veggies keep for 5-7 days in the fridge
This amount makes about a weeks worth, if you want less just use one of each vegetable and 1/2 an onion instead
I store chicken and veggies in separate containers
You can add cherry tomatoes or black olives too if you like (make it your own!)
I use “Cavender’s All Purpose Greek Seasoning” to season the chicken & “Wishbone Greek Vinaigrette” salad dressing for the veggies
